Need help with a size exchange?

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Name used for the order

  • Product name

  • Current size

  • Size you would like to exchange for

  • Photos of the product, if requested by our team

Please note that Pair/ed offers size exchanges only and exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original tags attached.
