REFUND & SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

At PAIR/ED, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in the pieces you choose. As our collections are produced thoughtfully and in limited quantities, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds or Returns
PAIR/ED follows a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, we do not offer monetary refunds, store refunds, or returns due to a change of mind.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit may not be quite right. If the size you ordered does not fit you correctly, you may request an exchange for another size of the same product, subject to availability.
To request a size exchange, you must contact the PAIR/ED team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a size exchange:
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered.
All original tags, labels and packaging must remain intact.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The exchange is applicable only for a change in size, not for a different style, colour or product.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, perfume, makeup, damage or removal of tags will not be accepted.
PAIR/ED reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Shipping
Any shipping or reverse-pickup charges applicable to a size exchange will be communicated by the PAIR/ED team when the exchange request is approved.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact the PAIR/ED team within 48 hours of receiving your order and share your order number, product details, current size and the size you would like to exchange it for.
Once the request has been reviewed, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
